Ali Ganjavian (Founder & CEO)
Ali grew up surrounded by animals, in a home where pets were treated as family. With a background in design and leadership, he brings empathy and a deep respect for the human–animal bond into everything he builds at Moggie. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, time with family and long runs to clear his head.

Eli James (Head of Operations)
Eli is cat mum to two rescue cats and a frequent traveller who understands the need to stay connected to her cats even when she’s away. With a background in business strategy, she brings clarity, structure and calm to the Moggie team, keeping systems running smoothly and product development on track. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, puzzles and time with family.

Sarah Irving (Head of Community)
Sarah is an unapologetically obsessed cat mum to seven rescue cats, ranging from 10 months to 18 years. With years of experience in community building, she’s passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces for cat people. Outside of work, she loves exploring, photography and dreaming up new enrichment ideas for her clowder.

Tony Yung (Head of Technology)
Tony has always had a natural affinity with animals and spent time visiting cat cafés with his daughter in Hong Kong. He brings a calm, thoughtful approach to building technology that supports real people and their pets. Outside of work, he enjoys building things from scratch, 3D printing gadgets, cooking and playing board games.

Kristin Wuhrman is a passionate feline advocate and industry innovator with over 20 years of experience across veterinary hospitals, nutrition and pet insurance. She champions cat-specific solutions that elevate care and wellbeing for felines everywhere. Outside of work, Kristin loves hiking and running in her local nature areas

Dr. Matt McGlasson, DVM, CVPM, is a nationally recognized veterinarian, Certified Cat Friendly Veterinarian and Chief Medical Officer with decades of clinical expertise. A devoted cat (and dog) dad, he brings a deep passion for feline health and the human-animal bond. Outside of work, he enjoys working out and time with human (and animal) family.
